Orders & Delivery
Special orders, large orders, or items not in stock will require additional lead-time. Items out of stock are automatically backordered and shipped when received. UltraPure shall not be responsible for delays due to conditions beyond our control.

Prices
Prices are subject to change without notice and without updating published material at our website or in print. Prices exclude all duties and taxes, installation and shipping fees.

Payment Terms
Payment through bank fund transfers must be made in full before shipment of goods. Payment may be made in Singapore or U.S. dollars.

Damaged Goods
UltraPure is not responsible for damage or loss incurred during shipping. Claims for goods damaged in shipment or shortages must be made by customer directly with freight carrier.

Returns
Due to hygiene and health reasons, returns and exchanges are not available.

Limited Warranty
Most products sold by UltraPure have no warranty, or are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. Please contact UltraPure for more information regarding warranties.
